To purchase Vacation Time, please choose your employment level below by clicking the appropriate button.

To purchase Prize Entries, please select your prizes and the number of entries using the drop down below. The total amount of your Prize Entries MUST be paid using the “Other” box.

Please also use the “Other” box to enter your total charge when purchasing both Vacation Time and Prize Entries. Please also use the “Comment” box below to specify your PTO level, that way we can ensure no one overpays.

The purchase of Vacation Time and Prize Drawings can only be made by credit card.
