HeART of the City at Taste will take place at the festival this year, featuring handmade wares and visual art by creatives from the following counties of Northeast Indiana: Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, LaGrange, Miami, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, and Whitley.
