Arts United is currently in a strategic planning process as we enter the next chapter of the organization. Since the reopening of the expanded and modernized Arts United Center and the conclusion of the capital campaign A Soaring Vision, Arts United is shifting focus to other initiatives. In this process, Arts United staff and board leadership have conducted one-on-one conversations and hosted focus groups with stakeholders. Next, Arts United needs the community’s input.
In partnership with the Purdue University Fort Wayne Office of Institutional Research and Analysis, a survey is being distributed to the public and partners to inform the strategic plan. By taking the survey, the community will help to identify priorities for Arts United’s work.
