This year’s Taste of the Arts Festival offers the following accessibility accommodations:
The Quiet Zone is located inside Fort Wayne Museum of Art in the Overlook Room for those feeling overstimulated to take a break at the festival.
Free sensory kits that include noise-reducing ear buds and headphones in child and adult sizes are available at information booths located at the intersection of Main and Barr Streets, Calhoun Street near The Landing, and at Promenade Park at the corner of Superior and Harrison Streets.
The stage schedule lists performances with a high volume level, and performances that will have an American Sign Language interpreter will be listed at the stage on the schedule signs.
Free shuttle service will be available throughout the duation of the festival. The shuttles provided by CTN will have a green festival magnet on them, and pickup locations are indicated with a green shuttle flag (see the map).
