Digital Marketing Manager
Classification: 40-hour work week, non-exempt employee, reports to the Vice President of Community Development.
Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager is a creative, data-driven, and excellent online communicator. Specializing in social media, digital advertising, and content creation, this position is critical to optimizing Arts United’s digital strategy to deliver mission-focused messaging in alignment with multiple brand standards. This role requires a high level of collaboration, strong project management skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, and the ability to lead multi-channel campaigns.
Position Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor performance outcomes of digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and other opportunities as they arise
- Create and manage content for Arts United’s digital communication efforts
- Collaborate with the Community Development Division to support digital fundraising and/or stewardship efforts (Giving Tuesday, digital donor newsletters, stewardship videos, etc.)
- Collaborate with the Operations Division and ArtsTix Box Office to promote venue rentals and activities occurring within the venues
- Manage Arts United’s Google Ad Grants account
- Enhance Arts United brands’ social media presence across all digital channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Utilize Arts United’s multiple brands, including Arts United, Arts Campus Fort Wayne, and venue-specific brands as appropriate to optimize impact
- Support the planning and implementation of community events hosted by Arts United
Position Qualifications
- Degree or certification in marketing, digital media, or related field preferred
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
- Working knowledge of website analytics tools
- Experience in optimizing Google Adwords Campaigns
- Familiarity with using Adobe Creative Cloud programs, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom Classic, and Premiere Pro
- Photography, videography, and editing skills are strongly desired

Compensation: Starting salary range is $45,000 – $50,000. Compensation includes a generous benefits package including a fun and flexible work environment, health insurance, an employee assistance program, 401(k) account, and paid vacation, holiday, and sick leave.
