This year’s Taste of the Arts Festival offers the following accessibility accommodations:
Quiet Zone
Two quiet zones will be available for those feeling overstimulated to take a break at the festival.
Locations:
- Fort Wayne Museum of Art in the Overlook Room
- Auer Center for Arts & Culture in Artlink’s Classroom
Free sensory kits that include noise-reducing ear buds and headphones in child and adult sizes are available at information booths located at the intersection of Main and Barr Streets, Calhoun Street near The Landing, and at Promenade Park at the corner of Superior and Harrison Streets.
The stage schedule lists performances with a high volume level, and performances that will have an American Sign Language interpreter will be listed at the stage on the schedule signs.
Free shuttle service will be available throughout the duration of the festival. The shuttles provided by CTN.
