Volunteer

Interested in getting involved in the business of creativity?  Arts United needs people of all interests and abilities to support and nourish great arts and cultural activities in our region.

Taste of the Arts

Arts United works with an all-volunteer committee to plan and produce the annual Taste of the Arts Festival.

Campaign Champions

Volunteers are engaged at every level of Arts United’s fundraising programs.  From materials assembly to participation in our phone-a-thon – your help is an invaluable contribution to our success.

Grant Panelists

Each year, Arts United uses the services of volunteer panelists to  review grant applications. Panels include artists, arts professionals, community members and others actively involved in cultural activities with outstanding knowledge and professional qualifications. An application is required and reviewed by Arts United.

Theater and Event Volunteers

Arts United regularly recruits a core of volunteers to assist with performances at Arts United Center.  Theater and event staff support the arts through working in concessions, coat check, as an usher, behind the curtain and more.

Quality of Life Committee

The Quality of Life Committee, a partnership between Arts United and Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana, serves as a resource to our growing arts and culture community. This coalition of emerging leaders believes that arts and culture are major influences when cultivating a vibrant community where people want to live, work, and play.
