Raymond Heintel has extensive experience in the design and management of engineering for a wide variety of project types including historic restoration and performing arts spaces. Mr. Heintel is an engineering and facilities management professional with more than 35 years experience in developing and implementing engineering projects, facilities maintenance processes, facilities equipment improvements and regulatory compliance for institutions. His design experience includes computer rooms, network distribution rooms, high voltage power distribution, energy monitoring system design/implementation, environmental controls design, and electric utility distribution design. As a registered cable distribution designer, Mr. Heintel also provides: network design, technology room layouts, design and implementation of network infrastructures, development of network management systems, and wireless solutions. He was formerly the Director of Facilities Engineering for the Cleveland Clinic Foundation responsible for facilities operations and maintenance for its 7.5 million square foot main campus.
