ArtsTix Community Box Office

The ArtsTix Community Box Office is operated by Arts United in partnership with local arts organizations, providing one-stop shopping for ticketed events in Northeast Indiana.

The ArtsTix Community Box Office will temporarily relocate its physical location to the Auer Center for Arts & Culture (300 E. Main St) as of June 5, 2024. The relocation is in preparation for the temporary closure of the Arts United Center, which will begin construction for its expansion and modernization in June 2024.

The ArtsTix Community Box Office will continue operating in the Arts United Center until May 31, 2024. The box office will be closed for ticket services in-person and by phone from June 1-4, 2024 for the relocation and will reopen on June 5, 2024, in its new location in the Auer Center.

Tickets will still be available for purchase online at artstix.org during the brief closure.

Box Office Policies

• NO REFUND ON TICKETS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• Coupons and special offers are limited to one ticket only.
• All presentations, programs, and dates are subject to change.
• Latecomers are seated at management’s discretion.
• No photographic or recording devices allowed.
• Please silence cell phones and other electronic devices.
• By attending an event in an Arts Campus Fort Wayne venue, you accept and acknowledge that Arts Campus Fort Wayne and Arts United may use your image in photography or videography.
• Exchanges are subject to availability. See the organization’s exchange policy for details. Exchange fees may apply.
• The holder voluntarily assumes all risks incident to the event, including the risk of lost, stolen, or damaged property or personal injury (including death).
• Your ticket is a revocable license. The venue may revoke this license without refund or other consideration and eject or refuse entry to the holder for violation of venue rules, illegal activity, misconduct, or failure to comply with any and all security measures or staff instructions.
